* Key pad entry contact alarm.
* Alarm chime sounds when magnetic contact is separated, magnetic sensor can be installed on either side.
* Programmable key pad code to disarm unit.
* Four operational modes-chime, instant, delayed, or off.
* Select chime to announce entry of a visitor.
* Select instant when you are inside, a loud alarm will sound immediately for 90 seconds or until you enter the security code.
* When you leave your house, open door, set the mode switch to "delay", leave and close the door.
* When you return, you must enter the security code within 8 seconds, or the alarm sounds.
* A panic button will immediately sound the alarm for 90 seconds or until you enter the security code.
* After 90 seconds, the alarm resets to sound when the door opens.
* Battery operated, 9 volt clip top style.
